Dear ECU Community,
Strategic planning is underway at ECU, and we’re excited to share some updates with you today. The Strategic Planning Committee, as you will see from the list below, has been working for several months to ensure broad perspectives inform our strategic plan refresh.

This group built on core university strengths, identified opportunities that are most likely to move ECU forward, and focused attention on ways the university can impact our local and global communities. We then convened a larger group of stakeholders, the Strategic Advisory Committee, for suggestions that further strengthened the proposed plan. We want to thank the committee members for their time, expertise, and insight to this point.
